Empowered Staffing is partnered with a globally loved luxury home goods brand, known for its premium-quality pillows, sheets, blankets, and more. Currently, their products are sold on leading eCommerce platforms such as Target.com, Macys.com, Nordstrom, Saks Off Fifth, and more. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to act as the primary owner of the company's Amazon store, developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
As the Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for scaling Amazon sales, optimizing listings, managing PPC campaigns with high ad spend, and troubleshooting catalog issues.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Amazon marketplace strategies to optimize brand presence, increase revenue, and drive profitability.
Manage both FBA and FBM operations, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
Oversee and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, with a focus on efficient ad spend and ROAS improvement (managing budgets of $50k / month or more).
Continuously improve organic ranking, utilizing SEO, keyword research, and A9 algorithm best practices to enhance product visibility.
Monitor and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Troubleshoot and resolve Amazon Seller Central issues, including listing suppression, variation creation, and flat-file updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, creatives, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of Amazon initiatives.
Conduct A / B testing and optimize A Content, Storefront, and product listings to improve conversions.
Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep our brand competitive.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Amazon Private Label brands.
Proven track record of scaling sales and managing high-performing Amazon accounts.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC management, and listing optimization.
Experience handling large PPC budgets ($50K / month) and managing advertising strategies.
Deep understanding of Amazon’s ranking algorithms (A9), keyword research, and best practices for organic growth.
Hands-on experience with FBM and FBA logistics, including sales forecasting and inventory management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales trends and performance data to make informed decisions.
Experience resolving Amazon listing and catalog issues, including flat-file uploads, ASIN variations, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Amazon-related tools / software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Perpetua, Pacvue, or similar).
Experience using Slack, Asana, and Google Sheets for collaboration and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
