Empowered Staffing is partnered with a high-growth Fintech (B2B Software) company that’s revolutionizing online banking services for nonprofit organizations around the country.Due to growth, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join their Miami office (moving offices to the Ft. Lauderdale area in the spring).
You’ll be a good fit if : You’re a self-starter with a proven ability to generate a strong leads pipeline. You’re good at building rapport and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. You’re constantly researching identifying new markets. You know how to learn quickly and fail fast. You love talking to people you’re ready to do so in any context – phone, email, conferences, LinkedIn, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
- Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.
- Research new potential markets and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation strategy.
- Target prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and conferences
- Nurture inbound marketing-generated opportunities into clients
