Starting wage is $23.39/hr
As an Endeavor Living Casemanager, you will coordinate and monitor services to assigned Endeavor Living participants including development of service plan, implementation of services and necessary documentation. Supervise assigned service staff.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with on call duties
Essential Job responsibilities:
- Providing training and day-to-day guidance
- Assess service needs and formulate goals and objectives for each person
- Providing appropriate casework and counseling services
- Maintaining accurate communication with families
- Maintaining accurate professional records on each individual
- Acting as a medication manager as needed
- On-call duties

Qualifications include:
- Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, education or a related field and a minimum of one year experience in social services
- Experience in a setting with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred
- Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
