Starting wage is 27.00/hr, up to $2.50 shift differential available
As a LPN, you will advocate on behalf of the individuals we serve. Responsible for a caseload of residents to monitor and develop health care plans, pass medications, admit/discharge residents and perform resident assessments as needed. Must have Iowa License.
Schedule: Will be required to work some weekends and holidays.
Full-time: Option to work 8 or 10 hour shifts.
Part-time: Flexible hours available.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Develops, reviews, and revises individual health care plans
- Administers medication and performs treatments
- Assists in admitting, transferring, and discharging individuals
- Recognizes and interprets symptoms: assesses medical needs and obtains care as appropriate
- Responds appropriately to emergency situations
