Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Manager to oversee operations within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, particularly for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of care plans, home community care, and nursing home operations. As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both employees and clients.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Oversee daily operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
- Manage staff performance through effective leadership, training, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate medication administration processes to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Utilize financial acumen to manage budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
- Foster relationships with families and community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational procedures to identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management within a nursing home or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of care plans and home community care practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams effectively.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety measures.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets efficiently.
- Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
