We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a range of psychological issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide case management services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to assist clients in managing their conditions effectively.
- Engage in crisis management interventions as necessary to ensure client safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving therapeutic practices and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, or equivalent credential in the state of Illinois.
- Experience in child family counseling and pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in group therapy techniques and behavioral health practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is a plus.

Pay: $55.70 - $62.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
