Care Coordinator Therapist OT/PT

Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Clinic Director-Licensed Therapist OT/PT to join our leadership team.

This role offers the chance to lead by example, drive clinical excellence, and contribute to the growth and success of our care coordination program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide operational support to the rehabilitation service teams.
• Implement company-wide policies, clinical programs, and quality initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Degree from an accredited OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP program.
• Active ASHA Certification Required for SLP candidates.
• Current state licensure in OT, PT, COTA, PTA or SLP.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A tech-savvy skillset with the ability to learn quickly.
• A sense of professional curiosity with a desire to learn new things and find/recommend solutions to problems.
• A minimum of one year management experience preferred.
