Job Summary:
We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with residents in a senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.
About the Role:
- Provide speech-language pathology and wellness services for older adults
- Support care coordination efforts through regular wellness checkpoint visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and assistance with telehealth visits
- Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
- Ongoing optimization of each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction
