Front Office Administrator
Job Requirements:
· Full-time (35-40 hours/week)
Office Administration:
o Computer-savvy; proficiency with MS Office

Marketing:

The main duties of the position will include: Greeting and directing clients and other business guests at the spa; handling phone calls to and from clients and business sales representatives; managing appointment scheduling; filing; collecting payments; processing inbox and outbox business emails; describing and selling spa products and procedures; creating posts for business website and social media outlets; and managing plans and preparations needed for special business events.
