JobDescription:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, referral sources, and our team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the scheduling of appointments, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and an excellent experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for clients, doctors, and referral sources.
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar.
- Communicate with clients regarding appointment details and any necessary follow-up.
- Assist in managing referral processes to ensure timely appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors; additional education in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
