Key Responsibilities
- Edit and implement curricula addressing mental health, emotional resilience, and holistic wellness.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops using culturally relevant practices.
- Incorporate evidence-based approaches like DBT and mindfulness into programs.
- Collaborate with therapists and mental health professionals to enhance program content.
- Measure the impact of wellness programs through data and participant feedback.
- Stay updated on mental health trends and incorporate them into curricula.
- Engage and meet with community members and prospective partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
- Experience in developing and facilitating mental health and wellness programs.
- Familiarity with culturally responsive approaches to mental health.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in DBT or similar practices is an advantage.
THIS ROLE IS PAID AFTER 3 months and hours change to 20 hours a week.
Summary
