- Collaborate with team members to manage projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized records of program activities, volunteer hours, and participant feedback.
- Proven experience in program management or related fields, preferably within a social work or nonprofit environment.
- Excellent public speaking abilities with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience in campus recruitment or similar outreach efforts is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
