We are seeking an ATM Technician to join our team in Wichita, KS. The Automated Teller (ATM) Technician is responsible for responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ATMs and related banking equipment.

Essential functions of the role:
Installation & Setup
- Deploy and configure new ATMs at various locations
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform regular servicing, diagnose issues, and repair ATMs
- Ensure ATMs are secure, monitor for fraud, and fix card reader issues
- Install firmware, security patches, and software updates as required
- Troubleshoot network connections, VPNs, and communication errors
- Document maintenance activities and adhere to banking regulations
- Assist banks and retail clients with technical issues related to ATMs
Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
- College degree or certification in Information Technology, electronics, or related field, or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
- Experience with NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, or Hyosung
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, VPNs, and secure ATM communications
- A or Network Certification preferred
