We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. The Business Process Analyst is responsible for administrative, technical and professional work within the technology department which include: business process management, data requests, process review, and communication.

Essential functions of the role:
- Business Process Management - Review proposed processes to ensure alignment across multiple systems; analyze technical designs; test application specification changes; build test data and scenarios; determine root cause for system errors and exceptions; perform cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed systems and changes; make necessary specification changes to systems; document system and process changes; develop and execute implementation plans; communicate changes with stakeholders; create change control requests as needed; ensure changes are thoroughly tested; complete approved change control requests; communicate system changes and technology enhancements proactively to stakeholders; update system documentation as needed; serve on performance incident response teams; participate in root cause analysis for the identified performance issue; participate in response reviews; update the necessary documentation following all performance incidents; coordinate end user security reviews
- Data Requests - Analyze incoming data requests; write scripts for data retrieval; combine sources and format for output data according to end user needs; ensure requests enter production for continued end user support
- Process Review - Assist multiple business units with ongoing process review; document current workflows; evaluate processes cross functionally with business unit stakeholders; recommend changes based on stakeholder input and systems expertise; document workflow changes; communicate changes with stakeholders
- Communication - Interact with Emprise associates and vendors relative to areas of concern involving processes and use of technology; serve as an interface between business units and the technology division; escalate issues as needed
- Manage system administration and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for key systems across the organization
- Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
- College Degree or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
- Experience in Project Management, Six Sigma/Process Improvement methodologies, Financial Systems Applications support, or Banking is preferred
- Expertise in the MS Office suite, including workflow tools, database tools, and report-writing software, is required.
