We are looking for an Emprise Embedded Account Manager who is action-oriented, resourceful, skilled at balancing stakeholder needs, and passionate about driving successful partnerships. The Emprise Embedded Account Manager is responsible for end-to-end service delivery and execution with our Emprise Embedded (BaaS) partners.
This position is eligible for a Hybrid schedule in Wichita, KS and surrounding areas. Remote in South Dakota, Utah, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, and Nebraska.

Essential functions of the role:
- Serve as daily point of contact for our partners and provide issue resolutions
- Execute program implementation and provide guidance and support throughout all phases of implementation
- Coordinate engagement touchpoints throughout all phases of the partner and program lifecycle
- Collaborate with partner to remediate audit findings by ensuring they are in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and build strong relationships with teams across the organization who contribute to partner success
- Escalate issues to appropriate subject matter experts as needed
- Provide reporting to stakeholders on partner issues and solutions
- Work closely with Relationship Manager on assigned accounts to ensure alignment and collaborate on prioritization of work
- Leverage internal systems and tools to document partner workflow tasks
- Manage SLAs to foster speed, accuracy, and partner satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of banking, Fintech, and/or new client account management in the financial services industry
- Proven track record in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks across multiple partners and working with all levels of senior management
- Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software
