We are currently seeking a Technology Compliance Administrator to join our team in Wichita, KS . This role is responsible for providing technical and professional work for our operations and technology division as is relates to Emprise Bank's information security program, business continuity, and change management.

Essential functions of the role :

Information Security Compliance and Monitoring

  • Ensure compliance with the bank's Information Security Program and applicable financial services regulations (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, PCI-DSS).
  • Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures and standards to safeguard the bank's IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and track remediation efforts for identified security risks and compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the protection of confidential information and secure system assignments
  • Incident Response Program Oversight

  • Oversee the Incident Response Plan, ensuring timely detection, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to respond to cybersecurity threats and mitigate potential impacts.
  • Maintain incident response documentation, lessons learned and generate reports for management and regulatory review.
  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

  • Design, implement, and test the bank's Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategies.
  • Ensure that continuity plans align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct periodic tabletop exercises and BCP testing to validate readiness for potential disruptions.
  • Change Management Coordination

  • Review, research, and approve standard changes.
  • Evaluate potential risks associated with change requests and ensure compliance with security best practices.
  • Prepare agenda and coordinate Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Review outcomes of implemented changes, ensures success, documentation of lessons learned, and presents to Change Advisory Board.
  • Information Security Awareness Training

  • Design, implement, and maintain an Information Security Awareness Training Program for all bank employees.
  • Conduct regular phishing simulations, and mandatory annual training.
  • Develop and distribute educational materials to increase staff awareness of cybersecurity threats, and best practices.
  • Track and report employee participation and training effectiveness.
  • Communication and Execution

  • Keep abreast of present and forthcoming Regulatory Guidelines and apply necessary modifications to the relevant programs.
  • Interacts with Emprise employees, other banks, and vendors to strengthen relationships, build networks and share best practices.
  • Effectively communicates in a variety of settings, adjusts to fit the audience and message.
  • Provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization.
  • Coordinate internal and external Information Technology audits, as well as the coordination of Regulatory Exams for the Bank. (Safety and Soundness, Information Technology General Controls, and related areas.)
  • Independently evaluate current processes and make recommendations to drive efficiencies, improvements, and resolve issues.
  • Oversee reporting requirements and lead Information Technology projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

    Requirements

  • College Degree or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
  • 2-3 years of Information Security, Business Continuity, Vendor Management experience required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required
  • Proficiency with detection and monitoring software and hardware required
