Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze benefits administration and employee benefits data.
- Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Support data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to enhance business insights.
- Assist in the development of automation processes for data reporting and analytics.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, client services, and operations, to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- SQL experience (preferred).
