Overview : EMR is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position involves traveling to customer sites for live loading or swapping roll-off containers. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL, roll-off experience, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety guidelines.Key Responsibilities :
- Safely transport materials to and from designated locations.
- Pick up full containers and unload them at the appropriate sites.
- Secure loads in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Maintain constant communication with Dispatch to receive assignments and report trip details.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Abilities :
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Knowledge of State and Federal motor carrier regulations.
- General mechanical knowledge related to trucks and trailers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of Class A driving experience.
- Roll-off container experience required.Job Demands :
