Are you ready to take your career to the next level? EMR USA is seeking an experienced and driven Buyer / Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the thriving scrap metal industry, build strong client relationships, and develop your expertise in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
You'll begin with comprehensive training at our Dallas or Houston locations and then transition to lead operations in Baton Rouge, LA, as part of our growing team there.
What You'll Do
- Purchase and Negotiate : Use your industry expertise to secure the best prices for scrap metal.
- Build Relationships : Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Inspect Materials : Assess quality, grade, and value of scrap metal to ensure optimal pricing.
- Manage Transactions : Write customer scale tickets and assist with weighing materials.
- Drive Business Growth : Stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitors, and strategize for success.
- Collaborate : Work closely with inventory control and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
