The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the face of EMR USA Metal Recycling to local customers and drive operational excellence. You will lead an experienced crew and oversee various aspects of the facility, including safety, receiving, production, inventory control, quality control, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategies to create an excellent experience for customers and employees while minimizing costs and maximizing volume and margin at the facility.
- Ensure accuracy of stock through systems management and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Oversee work product of third-party contractors and ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze data, set goals, make recommendations, and perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.
