We're looking for a Financial Analyst who isn’t just good with numbers—but someone who sees the story behind them and uses that story to create value. In this dynamic role, you’ll be a key player in driving strategic decisions, optimizing business performance, and elevating our financial processes to new heights.
What You’ll Do
Analyze business performance by conducting deep-dive financial analysis, forecasting, and variance tracking.
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, planning, and capital structure analysis.
Develop Power BI dashboards and other tools to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
Lead initiatives for automation, process improvement, and performance measurement using Excel, Power BI, and other modern tools.
Support monthly business unit reviews, capital budgeting, and risk analysis.
Provide clear, actionable insights to executive leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.
What We’re Looking For
A self-starter with a proven track record of creating value through financial analysis and business insight.
Highly adaptable to new systems and tools—comfortable navigating across Power BI, Excel, and other data platforms.
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
Confident in your communication, data storytelling, and presentation skills—with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
5 years of progressive experience in business finance, FP&A, or similar roles.
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Power BI required and a willingness to learn and work with various database tools.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
CPA, MBA, or other advanced certifications a plus.
Annual Pay $145 – 155k/yr
