Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where youll ensure the safety, reliability, and operability of our equipment while playing a vital role in our day-to-day operations.
What Youll Do :
- Cultivate a proactive safety culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Maintain equipment reliability through preventative maintenance and repair procedures.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and manage supply orders as needed
- Develop timelines for repairs, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain and document accurate maintenance logs.
- Assist with budget estimates and project cost analysis.
- Follow and enforce company safety procedures.
- This position requires some traveling.
