This is a unique opportunity to join a leading metal recycling company and take on a leadership role in driving operational excellence. As the face of EMR USA Metal Recycling to local customers, you will be responsible for creating an excellent experience for both customers and employees.
You will lead an experienced crew and oversee various aspects of the facility, including safety, receiving, production, inventory control, quality control, and shipping. Your goal will be to minimize costs and maximize volume and margin at the facility.
You will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy of stock through systems management and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. Additionally, you will oversee work product of third-party contractors and ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations.
