About the Opportunity:
As a grounds maintenance worker, you will be responsible for keeping the outdoor areas of the facility maintained throughout the seasons. From commercial mowing, snow removal, and operating water trucks, each day will vary based on the elements. To be successful, you must be self motivated with an attention to detail to observe necessary maintenance. You will have a set schedule of Monday - Friday with no weekends. As a full time employee, you will enjoy 9 paid company holidays in addition to your competitive PTO policy.

- Identify need for grounds keeping needs to keep the facility clean and visually appealing
- Operate manual and power equipment, mowers, snow removal, and trucks
- Support in general facility maintenance duties
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Perform all physical and environmental job functions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the day.
- $22 per hour, full time
