What You’ll Do:
🔹 Safely operate grapple and magnet equipment to move, load, and process scrap metal
🔹 Sort and handle ferrous and non-ferrous materials with precision
🔹 Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance for peak performance
🔹 Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
🔹 Work closely with the team to maximize efficiency and maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: At least 2 years operating grapple/magnet equipment or similar heavy machinery
✔ Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
✔ Attention to Detail: Understanding of metal types, grades, and proper handling techniques
✔ Safety Focused: Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage
