No two days are the same, but the typical position responsibilities include:
- Stay ahead of the curve by utilizing recruiting methods, staffing forecasting, and career progression to understand our company’s unique needs.
- Take charge of the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders, playing a key role in talent selection.
- Support candidates as they navigate from offer to employment. You will be with them every step of the way.
- Be a champion of the company by administering onboarding, orientation, and training plans. As a point person, you will support explaining company policies and benefits.
- Engage with employees to ensure they understand where they can access information and support them by making everyone feel part of our team.
- Exceptional communication skills – your ability to connect and welcome people is your superpower!
- Sharp negotiation skills that help you secure the best talent.
- A proactive, independent approach that ensures you’re always ahead of deadlines and in scope.
- Foundational knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, because you’re as organized as you are innovative.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- 3 years of experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle or generalist responsibilities
- Experience in HR or recruiting for manufacturing industry
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or willing to obtain
- Salary: $75,000 full time, in person
