What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for skilled trades, industrial, and operational roles
🔹 Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies
🔹 Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in various departments
🔹 Implement targeted outreach to attract local talent, leveraging job fairs, trade schools, and community partnerships
🔹 Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and compliance with hiring regulations
🔹 Guide hiring managers in salary discussions, negotiations, and onboarding best practices
🔹 Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to hire
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on blue-collar, manufacturing, or construction roles
✔ Proven ability to identify, engage, and hire hard-to-find talent
✔ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
✔ Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Ability to work onsite in Camden, NJ, actively engaging with hiring managers and candidates
✔ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or Talent Acquisition certifications are a plus
