Overview:

EMR is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position involves traveling to customer sites for live loading or swapping roll-off containers. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL, roll-off experience, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport materials to and from designated locations.
• Pick up full containers and unload them at the appropriate sites.
• Secure loads in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Maintain constant communication with Dispatch to receive assignments and report trip details.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of State and Federal motor carrier regulations.
• General mechanical knowledge related to trucks and trailers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of Class A driving experience.
• Roll-off container experience required.
  
  

Job Demands:

• Work will be performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Ability to lift and carry light weights.
• Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed.
