We are excited to announce Summer 2025 law clerks recruitment. We are seeking a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week (20-40). The successful candidate will have the unique experience of working alongside our attorneys, gaining practical, hands-on, legal experience within our litigation and transactional practice while gaining exposure to all facets of our company. The successful candidate will receive a high level of visibility with clients of our law firm and executive leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Support the legal team in drafting various legal documents, including discovery, demand letters, contracts, and corporate governance
- Assist in drafting state and federal court complaints
- Appear in court and depositions with Attorneys
- Participate in law firm meetings
- Conduct legal research
- Assist in client intake
- Assist and support law firm operations
