What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Commissioning Technical Support position at EMRG?
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support Monico customers utilizing verbal and written skills
- Evaluate RMA equipment returned by customers
- Assist engineering with development of new solutions and regular setup file maintenance
- Work closely and cross-functionally with Customer Service and Sales to provide valuable solutions
- Travel to customer sites worldwide to provide commissioning support
- Train Sales people and other technical support personnel in areas of expertise
- Cross train in other technical and support areas
- Interface with marketing, customer service, sales and engineering to provide powerful solutions to Monico customers
- Assist engineering in the development and improvement of standard and custom setup files including validation testing.
- Operate within parameters of departmental budget and control expenses.
- Ensure the organization is exceeding customer expectations and consistently contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership.
- Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours as required.
- Ensure company operates with integrity and ethics according to required governmental rules and code of conduct.
- Serve as the face of the organization communicating with customers.
