Salary and Benefits
- $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Overtime paid as required by law
Job Description
The Dispatch Operations Specialist will work closely with the Operations Director to ensure seamless communication between field units and dispatchers. This individual will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a superior level of customer service through multiple mediums of communication
- Managing and triaging multiple requests for service
- Directing ambulance responses and transports
- Monitoring weather and road conditions
- Inputting data into multiple platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Background in basic medical terminology preferred
- Current Colorado Paramedic or EMT license strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- General working knowledge of computers and technology systems
