WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative works with distributor clients nationwide to create brand experiences through custom promotional products.
This hybrid role serves in Project Management, Sales, and Customer Service capacities, overseeing all aspects of the customer and order lifecycle.
To start you will be in a variety of roles, part of the Project Management Team, filling in when others are out, and traveling to Trade Shows. Also, assisting with phones and sample shipments as needed for the first year.
While this is generally and Inside Sales role, there is no cold calling of any kind involved. We have a Marketing department that drives in the business along with a great reputation in our Industry.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Guide customers in product solutions
- Collaborate with our design team to create product concepts
- Work directly with production facilities in project quoting, manufacturing, and delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve order, product, delivery, and production-related issues
- Travel to industry trade shows and networking events (10% travel-Vegas, baby!)
- Pitch in and help in other areas (teamwork makes the dream work) answering phones/customer inquiries, assisting with Sample requests, filling in for other Project Managers when out
WHO ARE YOU?
The ideal candidate should be comfortable wearing a lot of hats and working in a fluid environment as we continue to grow.
- Be a self-starter who is comfortable with some ambiguity
- Be a team-player with a positive attitude (a sense of humor goes a long way)
- Have 2-3 years demonstrated experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role
- Be able to prioritize projects, handle multiple tasks, & manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Have general computer, email, MS Office, and internet proficiency
- Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or a commensurate combination of education & relevant experience)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
