EMT International, a leading provider of digital finishing solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing and Capacity Planner to join our team in Green Bay, WI (Hobart facility). You will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient production scheduling for new machines and replacement parts while meeting customer delivery requirements.
Manufacturing and Capacity Production Planner Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process in a capital equipment, manufacturing environment.
- Develop detailed schedules
- Identify priorities and optimize workflows to meet customer order requirements.
- Work with cross functional teams.
- Analyze customer orders and production capacity to establish and main production schedules for timely delivery.
- Communicate schedule updates with internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring production jobs are completed on time.
Manufacturing and Capacity Production Planner Qualifications:
- Experience in Production Planning and Control in MRP environment, utilizing principals and concepts, is preferred
- Previous experience in metals manufacturing is required.
- Previous experience in production planning is required.
- Previous experience in MRP systems. Preferably Epicor.
