Onsite Logistics and Planning Intern

EMT International, a leading provider of digital finishing solutions, is seeking a year-round Logistics & Planning Intern to join our team in Green Bay, WI! As a Logistics & Planning Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, production planning, and inventory management. This position will work with internal cross-functional teams to create and maintain production schedules to best meet customer delivery requirements to replacement parts and assemblies.

 Logistics and Planning Intern Responsibilities: 

 Assist with transportation coordination, shipment tracking, and data analysis.

• Support shipping documentation, freight invoice reviews, and claim resolutions.
• Help manage production capacity, job orders, and material flow in the ERP system.
• Participate in meetings and perform additional assigned tasks.

 Logistics and Planning Intern Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Availability to work part-time during the school year and potentially full-time in summer
• This position is located in Green Bay, WI area, and the candidate must be available to work onsite.
