What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Roofing Foreman position at EMT Solar and Roofing?
EMT Roofing and Dave Adams Roofing are looking for a dependable Residential Roofing Foreman to join our growing roofing company. As the foreman, your duties will include driving to residential roof projects and managing the installation teams. The Foreman will ensure all processes and standards are being met or exceeded and that all safety measures are followed.
This position will require delegating tasks, working with suppliers, managing materials and vendors and communication with office management. Coordination of daily tasks and establishing project deadlines is an essential skill for this position to be successful.
Communication with the homeowners is incredibly important, therefore good customer service is required. Roofing experience/construction knowledge is preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving history required.
