What are the responsibilities and job description for the ISSO L2 / ISSO L3 - TS/SCI Poly required position at EMTAK LLC?
We are seeking an ISSO L2 or ISSO l3 with the following skills:
- Work in a proactive fast paced environment supporting critical missions
- Propose, implement, maintain, and support system security policies, standards, methodologies, accreditations, and operations.
- Ensure information systems meet security, compliance, and certification requirements.
- Coordinate and document security relevant information for hardware, software, firmware, and network devices.
- Assess impact of configuration changes to system security posture and operational status of information systems.
- Develop, update, and manage system security plans.
- Administer identification and authentication mechanisms for information systems.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph Ten (10 ) years experience as an ISSO on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Experience is to include at least two (2) of the following areas: knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation; communication protocols; and encryption techniques/tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience as an ISSO may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher is required.
- CWIP Yrs Experience: IAM 5
- CWIP Level: IAT 1 & IAM 2
- Applies knowledge of IA policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a secure NE
