What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Engineer L0/L1 QKFO - TS/SCI FS Poly required position at EMTAK LLC?
We are seeking a Junior Level Software Developer to develop new and modify existing code and to integrate open-source software solutions for testing. Candidates must have familiarity across several code languages and be able to update, maintain and repair existing programs. New development uses Python making calls to external programs and interfacing with Jenkins continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) jobs and processes. Current focus is to develop and provide a user interface to schedule Jenkins jobs and monitor progress and output.
Must have experience with:
- Linux
- Python - comfortable with modules and API interface calls
- Bash / Shell scripting
Must be familiar with:
- Elasticsearch and Logstash (ELK stack)
- NiFi
- Jenkins Application Program Interface
Nice to have:
- Ruby
- Microsoft Office environment - documentation and admin
- Linux security certificates
- web development tools (Django or similar)
