Join our team as a Project manager: Level 3: Hardware Senior Technician and play a crucial role in advancing automation technologies in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Complex Task Management: Oversee and manage intricate hardware tasks, including troubleshooting, retrofitting, and operating sophisticated lab equipment.
- Team Leadership: Lead small teams on hardware development projects, ensuring quality control in assembly and documentation processes.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data on project performance and progress to drive informed decisions.
- Documentation Supervision: Generate and oversee the creation of training documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in mechanical and electrical roles, with 1 year in a leadership capacity. Experience in robotics is a plus! ASE Mechanics strongly encouraged to apply!
- Skills: Strong technical proficiency in hardware and electrical systems, mechanical principles, and machining. Familiarity with software and coding is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a structured approach.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to quality and precision in all aspects of work, particularly in assembly and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of working independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced research environment.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and experience in controlled environments is essential.
