Requirement Overview:

We are in need of an experienced Production Control Manager, that can assist in driving and controlling our production needs, as well as collaborate with other team members and departments to monitor inventory control and production schedules. This individual will need to be able to work well within a team environment, but also perform individually, managing daily tasks and workloads. The right candidate will need to be able to multitask, be very organized and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

As a Production Control Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient coordination and optimization of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and scheduling production activities to meet production targets and customer demands.

2. Monitoring and analysing production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

3. Collaborating with production teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

4. Implementing and maintaining production control systems to track work in progress and inventory levels.

5. Coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components for production.

6. Implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in production operations.

7. Managing production schedules and adjusting them as per changing priorities or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Overseeing quality control measures to meet product specifications and standards.

Your role as a Production Control Manager is crucial in enabling seamless production processes, meeting quality standards, and achieving operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment. Collaborating with other department heads and team members will provide Fletcher with the ability to meet production demands efficiently and solidify our product to clients, both existing as well as new.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
