Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Utility (Tire Tech - Maintenance Helper)
to join our team in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair tire issues on a variety of waste management vehicles.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Perform tire rotations, alignments, and balancing as required.
- Regularly monitor tire pressure and tread depth to maintain optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during tasks.
- Assist with general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with tire maintenance equipment and tools.
- Understanding of various tire types, sizes, and specifications.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Capability to sit, kneel, crouch, stoop, crawl, balance, hear, talk, and smell as required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
