GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

The Account Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to help and hold accountable EMTS Team Members to deliver excellent services to our customers.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Has excellent knowledge of landscape maintenance operations.

2. Able to deliver excellent verbal communications with customers and team members.

3. Effective listening skills to understand what our customers and team members are looking for.

4. The ability to communicate the needs of our customers to EMTS personnel.

5. The ability to communicate the capabilities of EMTS to our customers.

6. Have a positive attitude when faced with challenges.

7. Work in an organized and proactive manner.

8. Lead, build and manage teams, work collaboratively within a team environment

9. Experience scheduling, supervising and evaluating staff

10. Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

11. Valid Driver’s License; will travel 30 – 50% of the time (Bakersfield), to jobsites and project locations, as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the landscape maintenance operations and/or customer service. Must be able to travel (drive) up to 30-50% of the time to jobsites and project locations as required. Must possess a valid California driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the Company's insurance carrier.

1. Frequently required to stand, walk, lift and/or move up to 40lbs.

2. Constantly moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling

3. Use hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

5. Visual ability to adjust focus and must have close vision and depth perception

6. Outdoor work in all types of weather conditions and exposure to the elements; including heavy to moderate noise and extreme proximity to moving equipment

CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


1. Quality control of operational services

  • On-going safety and operational training at all levels of
  • Help and hold accountable all EMTS Maintenance team members
  • Ensure all crews are staffed with appropriate team members to service our customers according to our contracted duties.
  • Ensure time sheets are accurate and turned in on time according to our established payroll process.
  • Prioritize work, set work standards and inspect work in progress and upon completion for completeness and accuracy
  • Work directly with the crews. Ensure teams have proper and safe equipment. Manage all personnel aspects from hiring to growth and learning to termination.
  • Develop and maintain scheduled site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and expectations are met

2. Customer service

  • Customer service experience- able to identify and resolve customer concerns
  • Proactive outreach to customers according to a plan created with Division Manager
  • Coordinate information flow to appropriate personnel and customers
  • Execute work ticket process
  • Execute Quality Control processes
  • Manage multiple landscape maintenance accounts, efficiently coordinate labor, equipment, materials and company resources to achieve company core values

3. Safety

  • Promote a safe environment by displaying, practicing, and by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations enforcing jobsite safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Work directly with the crews. Ensure teams have proper and safe equipment.
  • Develop and maintain scheduled site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and expectations are met
