A high-end spa, fitness center, and boutique hair salon located within a luxury hotel in Santa Monica is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Attendants to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and tranquil environment for guests.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)
- Shifts: Morning or afternoon shifts available; must be available to work weekends as we are open 7 days a week.
- Pay: $20/hour
- Location: Santa Monica, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms, treatment rooms, small gym, group fitness room, retail area, and boutique hair salon.
- Restock towels, products, and refreshments, including eucalyptus towels, sanitation wipes, fresh fruit, fruit-infused water, and Red Bull.
- Stock lockers with towels and slippers for guests receiving spa services.
- Assist guests by walking them to locker rooms, waiting areas, and guiding them through the facilities to ensure they feel comfortable and informed.
- Support the front desk and therapists as needed to enhance the guest experience.
- Must be comfortable with cleaning and maintaining all areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized to maintain spa presentation and cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs for restocking and replenishing supplies.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
