Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires strong sales skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in modern social media marketing techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales of luxury luggage and leather handbags.
- Manage day-to-day operations independently, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Utilize social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to promote products and engage with customers.
- Learn and use B2B websites and Canva for basic design and marketing tasks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and handle inventory management
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in high-end or luxury goods.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong work ethic and discipline, capable of working alone during shifts.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Basic knowledge of posting and managing social media content on Instagram and Facebook.
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms, such as B2B websites and Canva.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
