CCTV Cutter Operator

We're currently seeking CCTV Cutter Operators to join our team in Closter, NJ! As a CCTV Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for operating remote cameras to videotape inside sewer lines for inspections and determine if cleaning and/or repairs and reinstatement of service laterals after rehabilitation (cutting taps) are needed.

The starting pay is $50.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate remote cameras to videotape inside sewer lines for inspections
• Repair various sewer lines using a specific product and process
• Service, adjust, and perform minor repairs to the camera, equipment, and attachments
• Learn and follow Insituform's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and use of equipment
• Effectively work with supervisors, clients, peers, and subordinates
• Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment

What We Need From You:

• Must possess a Class A or B CDL or have 2 years of Video/TV truck experience
• 2 years experience in trenchless installation, including tap cutting preferred
• NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered or electric tools
• Comfortable entering manholes and working in confined spaces
• Ability to travel as needed
