Responsible for acting as a liaison between patients, pharmacies and sales team. Assists with account questions, orders, patient problem solving, outbound follow up calls and other queries.
- Assists patients by answering product and service questions
- Maintains patient records by updating account information and providing detailed patient interaction notes
- Prioritizing tasks to be most effective with time management
- Establish new patient accounts
