The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring we are the provider of choice for our partner programs and their patients. This position will focus on helping Enable Dental's internal teams to ensure that our care delivery and services are always ensuring our reputation of quality care is maintained. The Client Success Manager is also integral to ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction, supporting long-term retention of clients, and working in partnership with colleagues in the immediate team environment and the larger community.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with Enable Dental's delivery of quality care.
- Serve as an escalation point for issues and concerns for assigned accounts.
- Act as key personnel of client and program onboarding (i.e., program design and implementation processes).
- Develop and manage client relationships from sales prospects to active clients, working with internal teams to design and implement cross-functional workflows that meet client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external clients on a regular proactive basis, including weekly and/or monthly meetings, as appropriate.
- Advocate for the ongoing needs and goals of the client and program internally, gathering feedback from clients and understanding both how to meet them where they are and how to help get them where they want to go.
- Proactively align with client goals and overall service success by suggesting new and innovative ways to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that all departments are up-to-date with all relevant information and that the care plan is thoroughly documented and routinely updated.
- Consult with the client regarding their specific needs and preferences, experience, and objectives, and evaluate potential solutions to client needs.
- Recommend and/or implement policy and/or procedures to address specific or a group of clients.
- Work closely with account management and operations teams to communicate areas of improvement or growth opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the client success lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in dental and/or senior healthcare is a plus (e.g. PACE, Area Agency on Aging, Medical Advantage Plan)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Hubspot and other CRM systems.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Experience with G-Suites

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
