ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS DENTAL MARKET DIRECTOR JOB?

As the Dental Market Director at Enable Dental, you will operate under limited supervision to oversee the daily functions of our mobile dental offices and their dedicated teams within your assigned markets. Your role will be pivotal in achieving operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining positive relationships with employees, patients, and clients. You will provide oversight to Team Managers and clinical staff, coaching them to meet financial targets and implement effective expense management according to standard operating procedures. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings, oversee the hiring and performance management process for regional employees, and work closely with the Regional Director of Operations to address staffing needs and performance enhancements. Your leadership will also extend to training team members on essential operational tools and software, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing work environment.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

To excel as the Dental Market Director at Enable Dental, a blend of extensive dental experience and management expertise is essential. Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the dental field, with roles such as Front Office Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or Hygienist, complemented by at least 5 years in Dental Management. This experience will provide you with a deep understanding of operational dynamics and patient care standards. A Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field is preferred, as it enhances your ability to navigate the complexities of the dental industry. Additionally, strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to mentor team members are crucial for fostering a high-performance culture.

Familiarity with practice management software and other operational tools will further empower you to drive efficiency and ensure compliance, making you a key contributor to the success of the mobile dental teams.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 8 years of Dental experience (Front office, Dental Assistant, Hygienist, etc)
• 5 years experience in Dental Management
• A Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field is preferred
