As a Market Director, you will act as the General Manager of your area, overseeing daily operations, accountable for financial performance, and leading & growing your teams (think of them like a "mobile office"). You will be responsible for the P&L, growth strategy, and execution of high-quality clinical services for your area, ensuring that our teams operate efficiently and patients receive exceptional care.
- Own & Drive Market Success - Oversee the P&L, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met. Implement operational best practices to maximize efficiency and profitability.

- Optimize Operations & Growth - Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, streamline logistics, and expand Enable Dental's market presence.
- Engage Key Stakeholders - Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, facilities, and business partners to drive retention and expansion.
- Stay Connected to Field Operations - While this is not a field-based role, you'll regularly engage with teams, visit sites on a structured cadence, and stay closely aligned with frontline operations to drive performance and ensure execution excellence.

- 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving operational success.
- Strong P&L ownership experience - must be comfortable managing financials, budgets, and business performance.
