As the City Market Director at Enable Dental, you will operate under limited supervision to oversee the daily functions of our mobile dental offices and their dedicated teams within your assigned markets. Your role will be pivotal in achieving operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining positive relationships with employees, patients, and clients. You will provide oversight to Team Managers and clinical staff, coaching them to meet financial targets and implement effective expense management according to standard operating procedures. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings, oversee the hiring and performance management process for regional employees, and work closely with the Regional Director of Operations to address staffing needs and performance enhancements. Your leadership will also extend to training team members on essential operational tools and software, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing work environment.
