Dental Sterile Technician Responsibilities
As a Dental Sterile Technician at Enable Dental, you will be responsible for sterilizing and disinfecting dental instruments and equipment with precision and care, following company protocols and stringent guidelines set by OSHA and CDC. Your meticulous record-keeping skills will ensure that all sterilization procedures are accurately documented. Monitoring the functionality of sterilization equipment and coordinating with the City Manager for repairs will be essential duties. You will collaborate closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, maintaining a sterile and safe environment for both patients and staff. Additionally, your role will involve managing inventory, preparing lab cases, and assisting the dental team in patient communication tasks.

DENTAL STERILE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
To excel as a Dental Sterile Technician at Enable Dental, candidates must possess a minimum of two years of dental assisting experience, providing a strong foundation in clinical procedures and protocols. Proficiency in dental terminology is crucial for effective communication with the dental team and accurate record-keeping. Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict guidelines from OSHA and CDC are essential to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
